Getting Started
How do I create an account?
To create an account, visit expertable.org and click on the 'Sign Up' button in the top right corner. Follow the prompts to enter your information and select your role (Sales, Executive, or Investor).
What information do I need to provide during sign-up?
During sign-up, you'll need to provide your name, email address, company, job title, and select your primary role. You can also optionally add information about your industry and specific interests to help personalize your experience.
Is there a free trial available?
Yes, we offer a 14-day free trial for all new users. You can sign up for the trial without providing payment information, and we'll send you a reminder before the trial period ends.
Account & Billing
How do I upgrade or change my subscription?
You can upgrade or change your subscription by going to your Account Settings and selecting the 'Subscription' tab. From there, you can view available plans and make changes to your current subscription.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) as well as PayPal. For enterprise customers, we also offer invoicing options.
How do I cancel my subscription?
To cancel your subscription, go to Account Settings > Subscription and click on 'Cancel Subscription'. You'll continue to have access until the end of your current billing period.
Using Expertable
How do I create a battle card?
To create a battle card, navigate to the Battle Cards section from your dashboard and click 'Create New Battle Card'. Enter the competitor you want to analyze, your product/service, and any specific focus areas. Our AI will generate a comprehensive battle card within minutes.
Can I request insights from specific experts?
Yes, you can request insights from specific experts or expert categories. Navigate to the Expert Network section, use the filters to find relevant experts, and then click 'Request Insight' to submit your questions.
How often is the research content updated?
Our primary research content is updated weekly with new reports and insights. Market data and competitive intelligence are updated in real-time as new information becomes available.
