Yes. You choose your hourly rate, and we calculate compensation based on the actual time involved. Many contributions are under an hour and prorated in 15-minute increments.
Audio is recorded only for internal processing and quality assurance. We transcribe and anonymize all contributions before publication. We do not share your name or identity unless you explicitly consent.
